The Junior League of Akron is pleased to present Beginnings, A Collection of Appetizers as the official cookbook of Akron. This beautiful 184-page cookbook was first presented in 2000 and features the many beginnings of Akron, the Junior League of Akron and 220 recipes for the perfect beginning to any party – appetizers.

“The Junior League of Akron has been so instrumental in founding and furthering numerous charitable organizations within the Akron community,” said former Akron Mayor Don Plusquellic. “That is why the cookbook, Beginnings, is the perfect compliment to Akron and is deserving of being deemed the official cookbook of Akron.”
